| The McCall Foundation is a private, non-profit, behavioral healthcare agency providing Connecticut with a full range of alcohol-and-other-drug prevention and treatment services that include intervention programs, intensive and traditional outpatient treatment, and intensive and intermediate residential care. |

| Alcohol-other-drug dependent persons often suffer from chronic, co-occurring mental health disorders. Consequently, McCall has recently added outreach efforts and mental health treatment to its roster of outpatient services. |

| Facilities |

| Our main campus at 58 High Street, Torrington, Connecticut, comprises our administrative offices; Warner House, our 11-bed intermediate treatment facility for men referred from the justice system; our Teen and Family Centers; and the Carnes Weeks Center, our 20-bed intensive residential accommodation. |

| McCall House, our 14-bed intermediate treatment facility for men and women, is located at 127 Migeon Avenue, Torrington. |
|
| Fenton House, located at 17 Prospect Place, Torrington, is another residence for men referred from the justice system who participate in our intermediate residential treatment program. |
|
| Our satellite office provides space for outpatient services and is located at 231 North Main Street in Winsted. |
